Thank you for an excellent stay. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast generous, the location is magnificent adjacent to the beach and Paignton. We stay in double room quite often, it is comfy and exceptional. There is an electric kettle and a fridge.

My ensuite was spacious and bright. The little fridge in the room added a nice touch. Breakfast stole the show. Huge portions with multiple options, including a mouthwatering full English. The staff was always friendly. The mattress could've been better. It felt a bit soft, leading to slight discomfort after three nights. Parking around the area was tricky during peak times, so keep that in mind if you visit on a busy weekend. Despite a few quirks, it's a place I'd gladly return to.

The warm hospitality made a significant difference, and the attention to detail stood out with the good cooked-to-order breakfasts. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The lack of on-site parking was inconvenient, and the location, while central, had its drawbacks regarding noise from the street. Some amenities could use updating to enhance the experience further.

Loved the fresh, homemade breakfast rolls- scrumptious! The room was a cozy haven, and the location was spot on, just a short stroll to the beach and local shops.
The house had a bit of a doggy aroma, and the pups were a tad noisy. While the staff were friendly, they might need a bit more training to match the service to the lovely atmosphere.
